Marklays follows a structured, six-step workflow designed to make bunkering in Sri Lanka predictable and efficient. From assessing your initial enquiry and securing competitive terms to coordinating safe fuel transfer and final documentation, we manage every detail to keep your vessel on schedule.
Provide the vessel name and IMO number, fuel grade, required quantity, delivery location and ETA.
We assess the requirement, check supply options and provide a quotation with the relevant commercial terms.
Once the order is confirmed, the required fuel and delivery arrangements are coordinated.
The operations team confirms the delivery schedule and communicates the necessary instructions to the parties involved.
Fuel is transferred in accordance with the applicable operational and safety procedures.
Following delivery, the relevant delivery and commercial documents are issued. The physical delivery steps apply when Marklays’ planned bunker supply operation is available at the requested location.
